Luxury brands sometimes overprice the products. Some of them are agreeable compared to qualities of products, but some of them are ridiculous. 
How to convince customers that artisans actually dedicate and care their customers?
I came up with the story of my childhood. My grandmother had done braid hair only for me in every single morning about 12 years.
I've done the same thing on the shopping bag to give customers to feel the brand's love and care.
